What’s the difference between mushrooms and truffles?
Mushrooms are the fruiting bodies, the ‘flowers’ of a fungi that grow above ground. Truffles are sclerotia, or the hardened food reserves of a fungi that grow below the surface. In psilocybin containing fungi, like the Psilocybe cubensis varieties, both truffles and mushrooms can contain psilocybin and other psychoactive substances. One is not stronger in effect than the other, but since truffles are more concentrated, the dosage used for fresh magic truffles is less than that of fresh magic mushrooms.

What is microdosing?
Microdosing means talking very small amounts of a psychedelic substance, i.e. a microdose, in order to improve mental well-being, concentration and creativity without the side effects generally associated with taking psychedelics. It’s also used to improve neurogenisis both on it’s own and stacked with other supplements like Lion’s Mane and niacinamide.
